Tour Description

Day 01: Leh Airport to Sham Valley (70 Kms / 3-4 hrs)
Upon your arrival at Leh airport, you will be directly transferred to Sham Valley, passing through picturesque villages along the Indus River. After reaching, check into your reserved accommodation for a day of complete rest. Overnight stay in Sham.

Day 02: Sham – Leh (Polo Match & Cultural Show ) -(100 Kms | 5-6 hrs approx.)
After breakfast, drive to Leh, making stops at Alchi Monastery, Sangam, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, and the Hall of Fame en route. Afternoon drive to Thiksey to enjoy a traditional Ladakhi cuisine. There after Continue the journey to Chuchot to witness an exhilarating traditional Ladakhi polo match & Cultural Show, showcasing the region’s unique sporting heritage. On return Journey to Hotel visit Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace & Leh Market. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 03: Leh to Nubra Valley (128 Kms | 4-5 hrs approx.)
Following breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Nubra Valley, also known as the Valley of Flowers, via Khardungla, the highest motorable road in the World (18,380 ft). Check into the hotel/camp upon your arrival and take a walk along the Shayok River. Optionally, enjoy a camel ride on the Sand Dunes between Deskit and Hundur Village. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 04: Hunder – Turtuk – Thang – Hunder (190 Kms | 6-7 hrs approx.)
After breakfast, drive to Thang (the last village of India on the India-Pakistan border), captured by the Indian Army in the 1971 war. Enroute, explore Turtuk and Tyakshi. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 05: Nubra – Pangong Lake via Shyok River Road (150 Kms | 6-7 hrs approx.)
After breakfast, leave for Pangong Lake at 14,500 ft, with a drive of 6 – 7 Hrs. Arrive at the camp and enjoy free time at leisure, witnessing the mesmerizing color changes of the lake and the sunset on its banks. Overnight stay at Pangong Lake.

Day 06: Pangong Lake to Hanle (175 Kms | 6-7 hrs approx.)
In the morning after breakfast, drive to Hanle, crossing Chushul Village and Tsaga La (15,200 Ft). Hanle is home to the Indian Astronomical Observatory. The village’s location is highly sensitive due to its proximity to the Tibetan/Chinese border. India set up the Himalayan Chandra Telescope, a 2m gamma-ray telescope, here. Enjoy the stay with locals at a guesthouse/homestay. Overnight stay in Hanle.

Day 07: Hanle – Tsomoriri via Mahe Bridge (130 Kms | 4-5 hrs approx.)
After breakfast, drive to Tsomoriri Lake via Nurpa Pass (16,100 Ft), continuing to drive through Loma Bend and Mahe Bridge. Arrive at Korzok village by late noon. Evening is at disposal to walk around the lake and enjoy the scenic beauty. Overnight stay in Korzok.

Day 08: Tsomoriri – Tsokar – Taglangla – Leh (240 Kms | 7-8 hrs approx.)
Morning after breakfast, leave for Leh via Puga (Sulphur Mine) and Polakongka pass 15,892 ft, Tsokar Lake, and Taklang La Pass 17,585 ft, the second-highest motorable road in the world. Arrive in Leh by late evening. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 09: Leh Airport Departure (4 Kms | 15 minutes approx.)
Early morning, transfer to Leh airport for your flight back to your destination. The journey comes to an end.

Exclusions

• Medical | Travel Insurance.
• Any cost related to any kind of unforeseen circumstances including medical assistance, medical emergencies and acts of God.
• Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, snowfall etc., vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
• Meals in Transit, any beverages or any meals that are not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Camera fees, any entrance fees, room heater and guide charges.
• Any Personal expenses such as telephone calls, laundry, any beverages, tips and porter-age, etc.
• Any accommodation, activities or transfers other than what is mentioned in the itinerary.
• Anything that is not mentioned in the above list of inclusions.
• On hills Ac will not work.

Policies

Payment Policy:

45 or more days before departure: 20%

Between 30 to 44 days before departure: 60%

Between 15 to 29 days before departure: 100%

The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 10 days before the Date of Travel.

Cancellation Policy:

30 or more days before departure: 25%

Between 20 to 29 days before departure: 50%

Between 10 to 19 days before departure: 100%

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE BY EMAIL, ONLY DURING OFFICE HOURS & MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY OUR STAFF IN WRITING. There is no refund on any unutilized service.

Flight Tickets:
100% Amount of flight tickets at the time of flight booking.
Any rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds of flight tickets shall be as per respective airlines rules.

Rescheduling:
In case you are unable to travel as planned and need to reschedule your date of travel:

Before 15 Days from the Date of Travel – One-time Complementary.
Within 15 Days from the Date of Travel – The cost of rescheduling needs to be paid by the guest subject to amendment charges from hotels and transporters.

Must Carry:

Authentic Government ID Card

Comfortable warm clothing like woolen socks, cap, fleece jackets or warmers, down jacket, toiletries.

Personal Medicines (if any) & few medicines for altitude sickness (a must)

Innerline Permit

Clients require Innerline permits to visit the restricted areas like Pangong Lake & Khardongla pass.

Permits will be arranged by us from the District magistrate’s office for which we require the original photo ID proof (passport, driving license or Election ID).

The permit costs include Red Cross society, Wildlife fee and Environmental fee.

The District Magistrate office Leh is not authorized to issue permits to the nationalities of Bangladesh, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, People’s Republic of China, Taiwan, Afghanistan and people holding Diplomatic and official passport and visa. These Nationalities and Diplomatic/ Official passport holders can issued permits only after they gain authorization from the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi.

Supplementary Other Charges:

Air condition in vehicle Rs 9 per Kms.

Cultural Program Rs. 11,000 per program (Approx. 60 – 70 Mins) at respective hotel in Leh.

Professional Tourist Guide Rs. 3000/- Per Day.

Oxygen Cylinder INR 700 per day (Ex Leh, charges will be calculated from Leh onwards).

River Rafting Charges (Transfers by sharing vehicle + Lunch + Rafting INR 1000 – 2500 approx).

Transfers from Kullu / Chandigarh or Srinagar airport will be provided with additional charges.

Delhi – Manali – Delhi Volvo Charges (INR 1500 Per Person / One way).

For A/C Vehicle in Ladakh region, it will be calculated as per tour plan.
