Tour Description

DAY 1: CHANDIGARH TO NARKANDA (177 Kms, Approx. 5 Hours)
On the first day pickup from Chandigarh Airport or Railway Station.
Travel to the Narkanda Via Shimla & Mashobra.
On arrival, you will be meeting your hosts & greet at Guest House.
Check-in to your accommodation.
Evening Leisure.
Dinner & Overnight Stay.

DAY 2: NARKANDA TO SANGLA (161 Kms, Approx. 5 Hours)
Post Breakfast, start your trip to magnificent place called “Spiti Valley”
Depart to Chitkul, Pit stop at Karcham dam and continue your journey towards Sangla valley.
It’s approx. 5:00 hours’ drive through the mountains, along the Indo-Tibetan highway.
Reach Chitkul by evening.
Dinner & overnight stay.
Chitkul – is enchanted place of this beautiful land, high altitude river flowing right beside it offers amazing views of the nearby mountain peaks and also a starting and end point for multiple high-altitude treks.

DAY 3: SANGLA / CHITKUL – NAKO GIU & TABO (188 Kms, Approx. 5 Hours)
Post Breakfast, explore the last Indian village towards China border and experience the white wonderland.
Later drive to Tabo via Nako. Visit Nako Lake and Enroute villages.
Enroute take a detour of approx. 7 km to reach a small hamlet called Giu which is famous for a 500 year old mummy of a Buddhist monk.
Cross the Ka loops enroute Tabo.
Enter Spiti through Sumdo Border.
Reach Tabo by evening, Check-in.
Dinner & overnight stay in Tabo.

DAY 4: VISIT TABO MANASTERY, DHANKAR MONASTERY & OVERNIGHT STAY IN KAZA
Post breakfast, head to the oldest monastery of Spiti Valley – Tabo Monastery.
Further Visit Dhankar Monastery which offers a spectacular view of confluence of Spiti and Pin River.
Enroute enjoy the scenic drive to Pin Valley
Visit the Tailing hanging bridge and drive further to Mudh Village
By evening back to Kaza.
Dinner & overnight stay in Kaza homestay.

DAY 5: KEY MONASTERY, HIKKIM, KOMIC & LANGZA
Post breakfast, head to experience the true beauty of Spiti valley.
Visit magnificent places such as Key Monastery, Kibber, Hikkim, Komik, Langza and eat at the highest cafe in the
world.
Key Monastery is the largest monastery in Spiti valley.
Kibber village which is the part of Kibber Wildlife Sanctuary.
Hikkim (World’s highest post office)
Komik (the highest village in the world connected through a motorable road)
Langza (the site for the holy Buddha Statue overlooking the snow-capped mountain peaks).
Return to Kaza by evening.
Dinner & overnight stay in Kaza.

DAY 6: KAZA TO KALPA (207 Kms, Approx. 5:30 Hours)
Post breakfast, check-out from hotel.
Drive back to Kalpa.
Visit the Reckong Peo Market (Dist. Headquarter of Kinnaur) en route to Kalpa.
Check-in to your accommodation.
Evening is free to walk around Kalpa.
Enjoy panoramic views of the Kinner Kailash Range.
Dinner & Overnight Stay.

DAY 7: KALPA TO THEOG (190 Kms, Approx. 5 : 30 Hours)
Morning enjoy, breathtaking views of Sunrise.
Post breakfast, check-out from hotel.
Drive to Theog.
Check-in to your accommodation
Evening Leisure.
Explore scenic beauty of Theog.
Dinner & Overnight Stay.

DAY 8: THEOG – LEISURE DAY
Post breakfast, day at leisure.
Explore scenic beauty of Theog.
Enjoy local treks & nearby attractions.
Dinner & Overnight Stay.

DAY 9: THEOG TO CHANDIGARGH DROP (144 Kms, Approx. 3:30 Hours)
It’s time to go back home.
Post breakfast, check-out from the hotel and return journey back to Chandigarh.
Drop at Chandigarh Airport or Railway Station.
Tour ends here with happy memories….))))

• Meals in Transit, any beverages or any meals that are not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Camera fees, any entrance fees, room heater and guide charges.
• Any Personal expenses such as telephone calls, laundry, any beverages, tips and porter-age, etc.
• Any accommodation, activities or transfers other than what is mentioned in the itinerary.
• Anything that is not mentioned in the above list of inclusions.
• On hills Ac will not work.

Policies

Payment Policy:

• 45 or more days before departure: 20%
• Between 30 to 44 days before departure: 60%
• Between 15 to 29 days before departure: 100%
• The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 10 days before the Date of Travel.

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 or more days before departure: 25%
• Between 20 to 29 days before departure: 50%
• Between 10 to 19 days before departure: 100%
• ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE BY EMAIL, ONLY DURING OFFICE HOURS & MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY OUR STAFF IN WRITING. There is no refund on any unutilized service.

Flight Tickets:
100% Amount of flight tickets at the time of flight booking.
Any rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds of flight tickets shall be as per respective airlines rules.

Rescheduling:
In case you are unable to travel as planned and need to reschedule your date of travel:

Before 15 Days from the Date of Travel – One-time Complementary.
Within 15 Days from the Date of Travel – The cost of rescheduling needs to be paid by the guest subject to amendment charges from hotels and transporters.

Must Carry:

• Authentic Government ID Card
• Comfortable warm clothing like woolen socks, cap, fleece jackets or warmers, down jacket, toiletries.
• Sunscreen & lip balm, Good U/V protection sunglasses
• Personal Medicines (if any) & few medicines for altitude sickness (a must)

Kindly Note:
Access to high altitude regions of Spiti Valley, eg Hikkim Komik Langza villages and Pin Valley might be closed in winters due to heavy snowfall. So visit to these locations depends on weather conditions. In such cases, we will look for best possible available alternatives.

Travellers residing outside Chandigarh are suggest to book trains, flights reaching Delhi not later than 3:00 or 3:30 PM, on the date of starting journey. Similarly, return flight, trains to be booked post 4:00 PM only.

We reserve right to change any schedule in interest of safety, comfort and general wellbeing. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, physical ability of travellers etc may cause itinerary change.

Important Information:
Please bring trekking shoes or very good sports shoes for hikes & treks.
