Tour Description

DAY 1: CHANDIGARH – TIRTHAN VALLEY
On the first day when in Delhi pickup from Airport or Railway Station.
Travel to the Hidden Gem of Himachal. Reach Larji the Gateway of Great Himalayan National Park.
On arrival, you will be meeting your hosts & greet at Guest House.
Check-in to your accommodation
Dinner & Overnight Stay.

DAY 2: DAY TRIP GREAT HIMALAYAN NATIONAL PARK ECO ZONE
Post Breakfast, Travel to Hidden Valley in the Laps of Himalayas.
Travel to Hidden Valley in the Laps of Himalayas.
Visit one of the best attractions in Great Himalayan National Park Area.
Breathtaking view of Valley, Lush coniferous forests, emerald meadows strewn with exotic flora, fauna, soaring snowy peaks and pristine glaciers.
Explore nature & magnificent view of beautiful landscape in GHNP.
Later short trek to hidden waterfall.
Evening Back to Guesthouse.
Dinner, Bonfire, Overnight stay

DAY 3: JIBHI JALORI PASS TO LAST VILLAGE – CHITKUL / SANGLA
Post Breakfast, start your trip to magnificent place called “Spiti Valley”
Depart to Chitkul, Pit stop at Jalori Pass, Karcham dam and continue your journey towards Sangla valley.
It’s approx. 7-8 hours’ drive through the mountains, along the Indo-Tibetan highway.
Reach Chitkul by evening.
Dinner & overnight stay.
Chitkul – is enchanted place of this beautiful land, high altitude river flowing right beside it offers amazing views of the nearby mountain peaks and also a starting and end point for multiple high-altitude treks.

DAY 4: SANGLA / CHITKUL – NAKO GIU & TABO
Post Breakfast, explore the last Indian village towards China border and experience the white wonderland.
Later drive to Tabo via Nako. Visit Nako Lake and Enroute villages.
Enroute take a detour of approx. 7 km to reach a small hamlet called Giu which is famous for a 500 year old mummy of a Buddhist monk.
Cross the Ka loops Enroute Tabo.
Enter Spiti through Sumdo Border.
Reach Tabo by evening, Check-in.
Dinner & overnight stay in Tabo.

DAY 5: VISIT TABO MANASTERY, DHANKAR MONASTERY & OVERNIGHT STAY IN KAZA
Post breakfast, head to the oldest monastery of Spiti Valley – Tabo Monastery.
Further Visit Dhankar Monastery which offers a spectacular view of confluence of Spiti and Pin River.
Enroute enjoy the scenic drive to Pin Valley
Visit the Tailing hanging bridge and drive further to Mudh Village
By evening back to Kaza.
Dinner & overnight stay in Kaza homestay.

DAY 6: KEY MONASTERY, HIKKIM, KOMIC & LANGZA
Post breakfast, head to experience the true beauty of Spiti valley.
Visit magnificent places such as Key Monastery, Kibber, Hikkim, Komik, Langza and eat at the highest cafe in the world.
Key Monastery is the largest monastery in Spiti valley.
Kibber village which is the part of Kibber Wildlife Sanctuary.
Hikkim (World’s highest post office)
Komik (the highest village in the world connected through a motorable road)
Langza (the site for the holy Buddha Statue overlooking the snowcapped mountain peaks).
Return to Kaza by evening.
Dinner & overnight stay in Kaza.

DAY 7: KAZA – CHICHAM –LOSAR – KUNZUM LA – CHANDRA TAAL (Moon Lake)
Post breakfast, heads to Chandra Taal.
Enroute Visit Chicham Bridge, the highest suspension bridge in Asia, Losar, Kunzum La.
Reach ChandraTaal Lake.
Check in at campsite.
Time to click picturerous landscape & the Chandra Taal Lake.
Dinner & Overnight stay at Camps.

DAY 8: CHANDRATAAL TO MANALI
This is the last day of the trip filled with unlimited happiness and emotions.
Post breakfast, check-out and depart to Manali via Batal, Chota Dara & Chatru and Atal Tunnel.
On arrival, you will be meeting your hosts & check-in at Guest House/Hotel.
Evening at leisure.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel, in Manali.

DAY 9: TO CHANDIGARH DEPARTURE
Post breakfast it’s time to go back home.
Start your onward journey back to Chandigarh.
Drop at Desired location Airport / Railway Station.
Tour ends with lifetime memories!!

• Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, snowfall etc., vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
• Meals in Transit, any beverages or any meals that are not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Camera fees, any entrance fees, room heater and guide charges.
• Any Personal expenses such as telephone calls, laundry, any beverages, tips and porter-age, etc.
• Any accommodation, activities or transfers other than what is mentioned in the itinerary.
• Anything that is not mentioned in the above list of inclusions.
• On hills Ac will not work.

Policies

Payment Policy:

45 or more days before departure: 20%

Between 30 to 44 days before departure: 60%

Between 15 to 29 days before departure: 100%

The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 10 days before the Date of Travel.

Cancellation Policy:

30 or more days before departure: 25%

Between 20 to 29 days before departure: 50%

Between 10 to 19 days before departure: 100%

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE BY EMAIL, ONLY DURING OFFICE HOURS & MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY OUR STAFF IN WRITING. There is no refund on any unutilized service.

Flight Tickets:
100% Amount of flight tickets at the time of flight booking.
Any rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds of flight tickets shall be as per respective airlines rules.

Rescheduling:
In case you are unable to travel as planned and need to reschedule your date of travel:

Before 15 Days from the Date of Travel – One-time Complementary.
Within 15 Days from the Date of Travel – The cost of rescheduling needs to be paid by the guest subject to amendment charges from hotels and transporters.

Authentic Government ID Card

Comfortable warm clothing like woolen socks, cap, fleece jackets or warmers, down jacket, toiletries.

Sunscreen & lip balm, Good U/V protection sunglasses

Personal Medicines (if any) & few medicines for altitude sickness (a must)

Kindly Note:
Access to high altitude regions of Spiti Valley, eg Hikkim Komik Langza villages and Pin Valley might be closed in winters due to heavy snowfall. So visit to these locations depends on weather conditions. In such cases, we will look for best possible available alternatives.

Travellers residing outside Chandigarh are suggest to book trains, flights reaching Delhi not later than 3:00 or 3:30 PM, on the date of starting journey. Similarly, return flight, trains to be booked post 4:00 PM only.

We reserve right to change any schedule in interest of safety, comfort and general wellbeing. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, physical ability of travellers etc may cause itinerary change.

Important Information:
Please bring trekking shoes or very good sports shoes for hikes & treks.
