Tour Description

Day 01: Leh Airport to Sham Valley (70 Kms / 3-4 hrs)
Upon arrival at Leh airport, you will be directly transferred to Sham Valley, passing through picturesque villages along the Indus River. Upon arrival, check into your reserved accommodation for a day of complete rest. Overnight stay in Sham.

Day 02: Sham Valley to Dha – Hanu to Sham (Kms / 3-4 hrs)
After breakfast, set out on a journey to Aryan Valley via Khaltse. Depart from the Srinagar highway, tracing the Indus River’s course until reaching Achinathang. Continue the drive to Beema village, exploring monasteries and the villages of Dah-Beema, inhabited by the unique Drokpa people. Engage with the locals, gaining insights into their daily life and the adaptations crucial to their seasonal lifestyle. The Drokpa, with pure Indo-Aryan descent, maintain their racial purity and distinct cultural characteristics. Return to Sham, with an enroute visit to Lamayuru Monastery and Moonland. Reach Sham by evening and enjoy an overnight stay. O/N Sham.

Day 03: Sham – Leh (70 Kms | 3-4 hrs approx.)
After breakfast, drive back to Leh, making stops at Alchi Monastery, Sangam, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, and the Hall of Fame en route. For Lunch, Drive to Thiksey to enjoy a traditional Ladakhi Cusine. There after Continue the journey to Chuchot to witness an exhilarating traditional Ladakhi polo match, showcasing the region’s unique sporting heritage. On return Journey to Hotel visit Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace & Leh Market.

Day 04: Leh – Nubra Valley (128 Kms | 4-5 hrs approx.)
After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla, the highest motorable road in the world at 18,380 ft. Take short breaks at roadside cafes and scenic points for photography. On arrival, check in to the hotel/camp. Post lunch, enjoy a camel safari with double-humped camels unique to Ladakh and Mongolia at the Sand Dunes between Deskit & Hundur Village. O/N: Nubra Valley.

Day 05: Hunder – Turtuk – Thang – Hunder (190 Kms | 6-7 hrs approx.)
After breakfast, drive to Thang (the last village of India on the India-Pakistan border), captured by the Indian Army in the 1971 war. Enroute, visit Turtuk and Tyakshi. O/N: Nubra Valley.

Day 06: Nubra – Pangong Lake via Shyok River Road (150 Kms | 6-7 hrs approx.)
After breakfast, leave for Pangong Lake at 14,500 ft, with a drive of 6 – 7 hrs. Arrival at camp, enjoy leisure time and witness the color-changing lake and the sunset on its banks. O/N: Pangong Lake.

Day 07: Pangong Lake – Leh (Polo Match & Cultural Show ) (140 Kms | 4-5 hrs approx.)
Early morning, enjoy the picturesque sunrise over the lake. After breakfast, drive back to Leh, with stops at Thiksey For a traditional Ladakhi cuisine Lunch. After Lunch visit Thiksey Monastery & Shey Monastery and continue the journey to Chuchot to witness an exhilarating traditional Ladakhi polo match & Cultural show, showcasing the region’s unique sporting heritage. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 08: Leh Airport Departure (4 Kms | 15 minutes approx.)
In the early morning, transfer to Leh airport for your flight back to your destination. The journey concludes.

Exclusions

• Medical | Travel Insurance.
• Any cost related to any kind of unforeseen circumstances including medical assistance, medical emergencies and acts of God.
• Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, snowfall etc., vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
• Meals in Transit, any beverages or any meals that are not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Camera fees, any entrance fees, room heater and guide charges.
• Any Personal expenses such as telephone calls, laundry, any beverages, tips and porter-age, etc.
• Any accommodation, activities or transfers other than what is mentioned in the itinerary.
• Anything that is not mentioned in the above list of inclusions.
• On hills Ac will not work.

Payment Policy:

45 or more days before departure: 20%

Between 30 to 44 days before departure: 60%

Between 15 to 29 days before departure: 100%

The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 10 days before the Date of Travel.

Cancellation Policy:

30 or more days before departure: 25%

Between 20 to 29 days before departure: 50%

Between 10 to 19 days before departure: 100%

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE BY EMAIL, ONLY DURING OFFICE HOURS & MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY OUR STAFF IN WRITING. There is no refund on any unutilized service.

Flight Tickets:
100% Amount of flight tickets at the time of flight booking.
Any rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds of flight tickets shall be as per respective airlines rules.

Rescheduling:
In case you are unable to travel as planned and need to reschedule your date of travel:

Before 15 Days from the Date of Travel – One-time Complementary.
Within 15 Days from the Date of Travel – The cost of rescheduling needs to be paid by the guest subject to amendment charges from hotels and transporters.

Authentic Government ID Card

Innerline Permit

Clients require Innerline permits to visit the restricted areas like Pangong Lake & Khardongla pass.

Permits will be arranged by us from the District magistrate’s office for which we require the original photo ID proof (passport, driving license or Election ID).

The permit costs include Red Cross society, Wildlife fee and Environmental fee.

The District Magistrate office Leh is not authorized to issue permits to the nationalities of Bangladesh, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, People’s Republic of China, Taiwan, Afghanistan and people holding Diplomatic and official passport and visa. These Nationalities and Diplomatic/ Official passport holders can issued permits only after they gain authorization from the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi.

Supplementary Other Charges:

Air condition in vehicle Rs 9 per Kms.

Cultural Program Rs. 11,000 per program (Approx. 60 – 70 Mins) at respective hotel in Leh.

Professional Tourist Guide Rs. 3000/- Per Day.

Oxygen Cylinder INR 700 per day (Ex Leh, charges will be calculated from Leh onwards).

River Rafting Charges (Transfers by sharing vehicle + Lunch + Rafting INR 1000 – 2500 approx).

Transfers from Kullu / Chandigarh or Srinagar airport will be provided with additional charges.

Delhi – Manali – Delhi Volvo Charges (INR 1500 Per Person / One way).

For A/C Vehicle in Ladakh region, it will be calculated as per tour plan.
