Tour Description

Day 01: Leh to Sham Valley (70 kms | 4-5 hrs approx.)
Upon your arrival at Leh airport, our representative will meet and greet you. You will be transferred to Sham Valley, passing through picturesque villages along the Indus River. Take the day to acclimatize to the change in altitude. Overnight stay in Sham.

Day 02: Sham Valley to Kargil via Batalik (192 Kms | 5-6 hrs approx.)
After breakfast, embark on a journey to Kargil. En route, explore Dha-Hanu, inhabited by the last of the Indo-Aryan race. Visit Batalik, a significant war zone where Indian soldiers fought in 1999. Arrive in Kargil by evening, and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Kargil.

Day 03: Kargil – Drass – Hunderman- Kargil (4-5 hrs. approx.)
After breakfast, drive to Drass, known for being the second coldest inhabited place globally. Visit Drass War Memorial Hall and drive back to Kargil. Post lunch, proceed to Hundarman, a village with historical significance. Overnight stay in Kargil.

Day 04: Kargil to Leh via Lamayuru (220 Kms | 6-7 Kms approx.)
Start your day with a drive to Leh. En route, visit Mulbek Chamba, Lamayuru Monastery, Alchi Monastery, Sangam, Gurudwara, and Hall of Fame museum. Enjoy a hot lunch at Lamayuru and arrive in Leh by evening. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 05: Leh – Nubra Valley (128 Kms | 4-5 hrs approx.)
After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla, the highest motorable road in the world. Take breaks at roadside cafes and scenic points for photography. Check in to the hotel/camp/guest house upon arrival. Post lunch, enjoy a camel safari at the Sand Dunes between Deskit & Hundur Village. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 06: Hunder – Turtuk – Thang– Hunder (190 Kms | 6-7 hrs approx.)
Explore Thang, the last village on the India-Pakistan border, captured by the Indian Army in 1971. En route, visit Turtuk and Tyakshi. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 07: Nubra – Pangong Lake via Shyok river road (150 Kms | 6-7 hrs approx.)
After breakfast, leave for Pangong Lake, enjoying a 6-7 hour drive. Arrive at the camp, relax, and witness the color-changing lake and the sunset on its banks. Overnight stay at Pangong Lake.

Day 08: Pangong Lake to Hanle (175 Kms | 6-7 hrs approx.)
In the morning, after breakfast, drive to Hanle. On the way, cross Chushul Village and Tsaga La. Explore the Indian Astronomical Observatory and enjoy a homestay with locals. Overnight stay in Hanle.

Day 09: Hanle – Tsomoriri via Mahe Bridge (130 Kms | 4 – 5 hrs approx.)
After breakfast, drive to Tsomoriri Lake via Nurpa Pass. Continue the journey, crossing Loma bend and Mahe Bridge. Arrive at Korzok village by late noon. Spend the evening walking around the lake and enjoying the scenic beauty. Overnight stay in Korzok.

Day 10: Tsomoriri – Tsokar – Taglangla – Leh (240 Kms | 7- 8 hrs approx.)
After breakfast, leave for Leh by a different route via Puga (Sulphur Mine), Polakongka pass, Tsokar Lake, and Taklang La Pass. Arrive in Leh by late evening. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 11: Leh- (Polo Match & Cultural Show ) ( 30 Kms|3-4 hrs approx
After breakfast, explore Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa, and Leh Market. After visit drive to Thiksey, enjoy a traditional Ladakhi cuisine. There after Continue the journey to Chuchot to witness an exhilarating traditional Ladakhi polo match & cultural show, showcasing the region’s unique sporting heritage. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 12: Leh Airport Drop (4 Kms | 15 minutes approx.)
Early morning, transfer to Leh airport for your flight back to the destination. The journey concludes.

• Any cost related to any kind of unforeseen circumstances including medical assistance, medical emergencies and acts of God.
• Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, snowfall etc., vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
• Meals in Transit, any beverages or any meals that are not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Camera fees, any entrance fees, room heater and guide charges.
• Any Personal expenses such as telephone calls, laundry, any beverages, tips and porter-age, etc.
• Any accommodation, activities or transfers other than what is mentioned in the itinerary.
• Anything that is not mentioned in the above list of inclusions.

Payment Policy:

45 or more days before departure: 20%

Between 30 to 44 days before departure: 60%

Between 15 to 29 days before departure: 100%

The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 10 days before the Date of Travel.

Cancellation Policy:

30 or more days before departure: 25%

Between 20 to 29 days before departure: 50%

Between 10 to 19 days before departure: 100%

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE BY EMAIL, ONLY DURING OFFICE HOURS & MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY OUR STAFF IN WRITING. There is no refund on any unutilized service.

Flight Tickets:
100% Amount of flight tickets at the time of flight booking.
Any rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds of flight tickets shall be as per respective airlines rules.

Rescheduling:
In case you are unable to travel as planned and need to reschedule your date of travel:

Before 15 Days from the Date of Travel – One-time Complementary.
Within 15 Days from the Date of Travel – The cost of rescheduling needs to be paid by the guest subject to amendment charges from hotels and transporters.

Innerline Permit

Clients require Innerline permits to visit the restricted areas like Pangong Lake & Khardongla pass.

Permits will be arranged by us from the District magistrate’s office for which we require the original photo ID proof (passport, driving license or Election ID).

The permit costs include Red Cross society, Wildlife fee and Environmental fee.

The District Magistrate office Leh is not authorized to issue permits to the nationalities of Bangladesh, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, People’s Republic of China, Taiwan, Afghanistan and people holding Diplomatic and official passport and visa. These Nationalities and Diplomatic/ Official passport holders can issued permits only after they gain authorization from the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi.

Supplementary Other Charges:

Air condition in vehicle Rs 9 per Kms.

Cultural Program Rs. 11,000 per program (Approx. 60 – 70 Mins) at respective hotel in Leh.

Professional Tourist Guide Rs. 3000/- Per Day.

Oxygen Cylinder INR 700 per day (Ex Leh, charges will be calculated from Leh onwards).

River Rafting Charges (Transfers by sharing vehicle + Lunch + Rafting INR 1000 – 2500 approx).

Transfers from Kullu / Chandigarh or Srinagar airport will be provided with additional charges.

Delhi – Manali – Delhi Volvo Charges (INR 1500 Per Person / One way).
