Tour Description

Day 00: Delhi to Kullu | Overnight Volvo
• Begin your journey by boarding a comfortable Volvo bus in Delhi in the evening.
• Subsequently, enjoy a scenic overnight drive through the foothills of the Himalayas, passing charming towns and villages along the way.

Day 01: Kullu Leisure Day
• Upon arrival, in Kullu the next morning, check into your pre-booked accommodation to rest and refresh.
• Next, spend the day leisurely exploring the town.
• Additionally, visit local markets to shop for souvenirs and handicrafts.
• Enjoy Dinner, and Overnight Stay in Kullu.

Day 02: Kullu to Sarahan Via Jalori Pass | Visit Bhimakali Temple
• Depart from Kullu after breakfast and begin your journey towards Sarahan.
• Begin your journey towards Jibhi.
• Drive through the scenic Jalori Pass, surrounded by dense forests and offering breathtaking views of the Himalayas.
• Stop at Jalori Pass for a short break and enjoy some snacks while admiring the panoramic vistas.
• Continue your drive to Sarahan, a picturesque village known for its ancient Bhimakali Temple.
• Upon arrival in Sarahan, visit the Bhimakali Temple and explore the charming surroundings.
• Check into your accommodation for the night, enjoy dinner and relax after your day of adventure.

Day 03: Sarahan to Sangla | Explore Chitkul Village
• After breakfast, depart from Sarahan and ride towards Sangla Valley.
• En route, visit the quaint village of Chitkul, located near the Indo-Tibetan border. Explore the traditional wooden houses and interact with the friendly locals.
• Enjoy stunning views of the Sangla Valley as you continue your drive to Sangla.
• Upon reaching Sangla, check into your accommodation and spend the evening relaxing amidst the natural beauty of the valley.
• You can take a leisurely walk around the village or simply unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings.

Day 04 : Sangla to Kaza | Via Tabo, Nako, Gue and DhankarVillage
• Depart from Sangla after breakfast and begin your riding journey towards Kaza.
• En route, stop at Nako Lake, a serene high-altitude lake surrounded by snow-capped peaks. Take some time to enjoy the tranquil beauty of the lake and click some photographs.
• Visit the ancient Gue Monastery, which houses themummified body of a Buddhist monk. Explore themonastery and learn about its fascinating history.
• Explore Tabo Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its ancient murals and scriptures.
• Visit Dhankar Village, situated atop a hill overlooking the Spiti River. Explore the ancient Dhankar Monastery, which dates back to the 7th century, and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes.
• Continue your drive to Kaza, the administrative capital of the Spiti Valley.
• Upon reaching Kaza, check into your accommodation and relax for a while.
• In the evening, explore the local market and pick up some souvenirs or handicrafts.
• Enjoy dinner and spend the night in Kaza.

Day 05: Kaza Local Sightseeing | Visit Ki, Hikkim, Komik, &Langza Village
• Embark on a full day excursion to some of the most iconic attractions in the Spiti Valley.
• Visit the ancient Ki Monastery, a Tibetan Buddhist monastery perched on a hilltop overlooking the Spiti River.
• Visit the remote villages of Hikkim and Komik, among the highest inhabited villages in the world.
• Explore the fossil-rich terrain of Langza and search for ancient marine fossils embedded in the rocks.
• Return to Kaza in the evening to relax after a day of exploration, dinner, and an overnight stay included.

Day 06: Kaza to Chandratal Via Kunzum Pass | Visit Chicham Bridge
• Depart from Kaza early in the morning and drive towards Chandratal Lake.
• Explore the picturesque village of Kibber, known for its traditional architecture and stunning mountain views.
• Cross the thrilling Chicham Bridge, which connects the villages of Chicham and Kibber.
• Cross the majestic Kunzum Pass, adorned with colorful prayer flags fluttering in the breeze.
• Arrive at Chandratal Lake, a stunning high-altitude lake surrounded by towering peaks and pristine meadows.
• Spend some time soaking in the breathtaking beauty of the lake and enjoy a picnic lunch amidst the serene surroundings.

Day 07: Chandratal to Manali | Via Atal Tunnel
• After breakfast, bid farewell to the enchanting landscapes of the Himalayas as you depart from Chandratal.
• Ride through the Atal Tunnel, a marvel of modern engineering, and Solang Valley.
• Upon reaching Manali, check into your accommodation enjoy a delicious dinner and relax after the long journey.

Day 08: Manali to Delhi | Overnight Volvo
• Start the day with a delicious breakfast in Manali.
• Spend your day exploring Manali at your own pace; visit popular spots like Hadimba Temple, Manu Temple, or the bustling Mall Road.
• Depart from Manali in the evening, heading back to Delhi.
• Relax and enjoy the scenic Volvo journey overnight.

Day 09: Arrival in Delhi
• Arrive back in Delhi with unforgettable memories.
• Cherish the incredible journey as the trip concludes.

  • Buffet breakfast available from Day 2 to Day 8, and buffet dinner served from Day 1 to Day 7.
  • Bikes provided from the morning of Day 3 until the evening of Day 7.
  • Fuel provided as per the route mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Experienced Road Captain and Motorbike Mechanic available from the morning of Day 3 until the evening of Day 7.
  • Backup vehicle service for groups of more than 10 bikes, available in case of emergencies.
  • First Aid Medical Kit and Oxygen Cylinder available with the Road Captain.
  • Luggage facility in a separate vehicle, limited to one rucksack/duffle bag of 60 liters per traveler.
  • Online certificate awarded upon successful completion of the trip.
  • Pre-booked Luxury Semi-sleeper Volvo seats for travelers from Delhi to Kullu and Manali to Delhi.

Exclusions

  • Personal expenses such as telephone bills, laundry, tips, and table drinks.
  • Any form of insurance, including medical, accidental, and theft insurance.
  • Airfare or rail fare not mentioned under “Inclusions.”
  • Pick-up or drop services from the airport, railway station, or bus stop.
  • Cost of any spare parts required due to accidental damage to the motorbike while in the rider’s possession.
  • Charges for transferring, towing, or servicing the motorbike if dropped on the way.
  • Lunch and any meals not specified in the package inclusions.
  • Security deposit of Rs. 10,000 per motorbike for accidental damages or for leaving the bike midway before the trip’s end.
  • Parking, monastery, and monument entry fees during sightseeing.
  • Costs incurred due to changes in the itinerary, such as delays from natural calamities, roadblocks, vehicle breakdowns, union issues, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Additional accommodation or food costs arising from delays.
  • Applicable GST.
  • Any other items not mentioned under the “Inclusions” section.

Policies

Notes
• The check-in time is 12 noon/early check-in subject to availability of the room.
• We have the right to cancel the group if we do not get the minimum strength of bikes in any group.
• If there are any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of a hotel stay, transportation, and meals, etc. extra bill will be raised. Neither we nor the participating partners/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.
• We are not responsible for any change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, etc.
• If any group member wants to leave the group in-between the tour then he/she will not be eligible for any refund and has to pay the cost for transportation of bike from point of leaving the tour till the tour endpoint.
• Wearing a helmet, carrying a valid ID proof & Driving license is mandatory.
• All guests will be responsible for the safety and security of their own luggage. We will not be at all responsible for the damage / missing / lost luggage. So carry a small daypack bag to carry all the expensive things with you.
• Compensation for any damage/accident done by you during the tour to others property/person would be directly payable by you.

Notes
• Due to any unforeseen weather conditions, road blockage, snowfall, rain, storm, the tour may continue to operate in tempo traveller instead of bikes.
• Foreign Nationals have to pay separately on their own for the permits.
• Basic First Aid Kit – It’s advised that one should bring his/her own medicines which are known and suitable to him.
• Road Captain will be responsible to manage the group by taking all safety measures. The group has to follow him to make the tour a success.
• We provide a well-experienced and skilled Royal Enfield Mechanic with spare parts and tools. They are well trained to handle large groups. The spares used on the way will be chargeable.
• Backing vehicle – Bolero/Camper/Xylo/Innova/tempo for mechanical and medical support.
• In case of an emergency, if any rider is feeling uneasy then he can sit in it the backup.
• Only one rucksack/backpack of 60 liters will be adjusted as it will be having tools and spares too.

Payment Policy:
For Ground Package
Booking Amount: Rs.5,000/-
46 Days or more before the Date of Travel: 25% of the Total Cost
31 – 45 Days before date of departure: 50% of Total Cost
15 – 30 Days before date of departure: 100% of Total Cost

Important: The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 15 days before the Date of Travel. The received amount will be forfeited.

For Flight Tickets:
100% Amount of flight tickets at the time of flight booking.
Any rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds of flight tickets shall be as per respective airlines rules.

Cancellation Policy:
We would love to host you, but in case you are unable to travel as planned and need to cancel your booking, do not worry. Our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast Credit Voucher.

Cancellation made within 30 to 15 Days from the Date of Travel – Credit Voucher worth 100% of Received Amount
Cancellation made within 15 Days from the Date of Travel – Credit Voucher worth 50% of Received Amount

The applicable Credit Voucher will be sent to you on your registered email id within 72 hours from the date of Cancellation. Cancellation will only be accepted on Email at spititravelgroup@gmail.com

The Credit Voucher shall be valid for one year from the Date of Cancellation.
The Credit Voucher can be redeemed against the equivalent or higher amount of the booked package amount.

In case of Lockdown or Covid Positive Report, Credit Voucher worth 100% of Received Amount with a validity of 1 year from the date of travel with be credited.

Rescheduling Policy::
In case you are unable to travel as planned and need to reschedule your date of travel:

Before 15 Days from the Date of Travel – One-time Complementary.
Within 15 Days from the Date of Travel – The cost of rescheduling needs to be paid by the guest subject to amendment charges from hotels and transporters.
