Tour Description

Day 01: Arrival in Leh
Upon arrival at Leh airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. The first day is dedicated to acclimatization, allowing you to adjust to the high altitude. In the evening, explore Leh Market, visit Leh Palace, and enjoy the serenity of Shanti Stupa. Overnight in Leh.

Day 02: Leh – Sham Valley Exploration
After breakfast, embark on a journey to explore the beauty of Sham Valley. Your day will include visits to Likir Monastery, Alchi Monastery, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, the Hall of Fame museum, and the confluence of Zanskar & Indus Rivers at Sangam. Return to Leh for an overnight stay.

Day 03: Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass
Today, after breakfast, you will head to Nubra Valley, known as the Valley of Flowers, via the renowned Khardungla Pass, which stands at an astonishing 18,380 feet and is the second highest motorable road in the world. Upon arrival in Nubra Valley, check in to your hotel or camp. Enjoy a delicious lunch provided by your accommodation. Afterward, take a leisurely walk along the banks of the Shayok River and even partake in a camel ride on the double-humped camels amidst the sand dunes between Deskit and Hundur Villages. Overnight in Nubra Valley.

Day 04: Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake
Following breakfast, depart for Pangong Lake, located at an elevation of 14,500 feet. This journey will take approximately 6-7 hours. Upon reaching the campsite, you’ll have free time to relax and witness the mesmerizing colors of the lake as they change throughout the day. Enjoy the breathtaking sunset by the lake. Overnight at Pangong Lake.

Day 05: Pangong Lake to Hanle via Chushul Village
After breakfast, set out on a picturesque drive to Hanle, passing through Chushul Village and TsagaLa (15,200 ft). Hanle is home to the Indian Astronomical Observatory, making it a significant and sensitive location due to its proximity to the Tibetan/Chinese border. Here, you can find the Himalayan Chandra Telescope, a 2m gamma-ray telescope, and the world’s second-largest gamma-ray telescope currently under construction. History enthusiasts will appreciate the connection of
King Singge Namgyal to this region. Enjoy your stay in a local guest house. Overnight in Hanle.

Day 06: Hanle to Tsomoriri via Mahe Bridge
After breakfast, drive to Tsomoriri Lake via the picturesque Ya Ya Tso Lake and the Nurpa Pass (16,100 ft). Continue your journey to Tsomoriri Lake, crossing the Mahe Bridge and arriving at Korzok by late afternoon. Take a leisurely walk around the lake to immerse yourself in its stunning beauty. Overnight in Korzok.

Day 07: Tsomoriri to Leh via Tsokar Lake and Taglangla Pass
In the morning, after breakfast, depart for Leh. Enroute, you will pass Puga with its natural sulfur mine, Tsokar Lake, and the towering Taglangla Pass at 17,585 feet, the world’s third-highest motorable road. Arrive in Leh in the evening for an overnight stay.

Day 08: Departure from Leh
Early in the morning, you will be transferred to Leh airport to catch your flight back to your destination. This marks the end of your memorable journey.

Additional Charges:
Cultural Program: Rs. 12,000 per program (Approx. 60 – 70 Mins) at your respective hotel in Leh.
River Rafting (Including Transfer & Rafting, ): INR 2800 Per Person – Chilling – Nimoo (Zangskar River).
Professional Tourist Guide: Rs. 3000/- Per Day (Ex Leh).
Oxygen Cylinder: INR 700 per day (Ex Leh).

Exclusions

• Medical | Travel Insurance.
• Any cost related to any kind of unforeseen circumstances including medical assistance, medical emergencies and acts of God.
• Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, snowfall etc., vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
• Meals in Transit, any beverages or any meals that are not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Camera fees, any entrance fees, room heater and guide charges.
• Any Personal expenses such as telephone calls, laundry, any beverages, tips and porter-age, etc.
• Any accommodation, activities or transfers other than what is mentioned in the itinerary.
• Anything that is not mentioned in the above list of inclusions.

Policies

Payment Policy:

45 or more days before departure: 20%

Between 30 to 44 days before departure: 60%

Between 15 to 29 days before departure: 100%

The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 10 days before the Date of Travel.

Cancellation Policy:

30 or more days before departure: 25%

Between 20 to 29 days before departure: 50%

Between 10 to 19 days before departure: 100%

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE BY EMAIL, ONLY DURING OFFICE HOURS & MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY OUR STAFF IN WRITING. There is no refund on any unutilized service.

Flight Tickets:
100% Amount of flight tickets at the time of flight booking.
Any rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds of flight tickets shall be as per respective airlines rules.

Rescheduling:
In case you are unable to travel as planned and need to reschedule your date of travel:

Before 15 Days from the Date of Travel – One-time Complementary.
Within 15 Days from the Date of Travel – The cost of rescheduling needs to be paid by the guest subject to amendment charges from hotels and transporters.

Must Carry:

Authentic Government ID Card

Comfortable warm clothing like woolen socks, cap, fleece jackets or warmers, down jacket, toiletries.

Sunscreen & lip balm, Good U/V protection sunglasses

Personal Medicines (if any) & few medicines for altitude sickness (a must)

Innerline Permit

Clients require Innerline permits to visit the restricted areas like Pangong Lake & Khardongla pass.

Permits will be arranged by us from the District magistrate’s office for which we require the original photo ID proof (passport, driving license or Election ID).

The permit costs include Red Cross society, Wildlife fee and Environmental fee.

The District Magistrate office Leh is not authorized to issue permits to the nationalities of Bangladesh, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, People’s Republic of China, Taiwan, Afghanistan and people holding Diplomatic and official passport and visa. These Nationalities and Diplomatic/ Official passport holders can issued permits only after they gain authorization from the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi.
