Tour Description

Day 01: Arrival in Leh and Transfer to Sham Valley (70 Kms / 3-4 hrs)
Upon your arrival at Leh airport, you will be promptly transferred to the enchanting Sham Valley, meandering through picturesque villages along the Indus River. Once you reach Sham Valley, check in to your pre-booked accommodation, where you can relax and rejuvenate. Enjoy an overnight stay in Sham

Day 02: Sham Valley to Kargil via Batalik (192 Kms | 5-6 hrs approx.)
Breakfast and drive to Kargil. En route, visit Dha-Hanu, known for its unique Indo Aryan inhabitants, Lunch at Aryan Valley with Aryan Cultural Program. Explore Batalik, a historic war front zone. Arrive in Kargil by evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Kargil.

Day 03: Kargil – Drass – Kargil (200 Kms | 7-8 hrs approx.)
After breakfast, Visit Hunderman Village and drive to Drass, the second coldest inhabited place on earth. Lunch with Sina cultural program and visit the Drass War Memorial Hall and surrounding areas. Drive back Kargil. Overnight stay in Kargil.

Day 04: Kargil – Leh via Lamayuru (250 Kms | 7-8 hrs approx.)
Drive to Leh with stops at Mulbek Chamba, Lamayuru monastery, Alchi monastery, Sangam, Gurudwara, and Hall of Fame museum. Enjoy a hot lunch at Camp Delight Ullay. Arrive in Leh by late evening. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 05: Leh Local sightseeing, Polo match and cultural Program
Morning sightseeing includes Santi Stupa and Leh Palace. Lunch in Leh. Afternoon visit to Shagaran Chushot for a traditional Polo match and cultural Program followed by Welcome Tea. Evening gala dinner at Hotel Mountain Vibes Ladakh.

Day 06: Leh to Hunder in Nubra Valley (128 Kms | 4-5 hrs approx)
Breakfast and journey to Nubra Valley via the famous Khardungla Pass. Enjoy picturesque stops at roadside cafes and viewpoints. Check-in at the hotel or camp in Hunder. Camel safari on double-humped camels unique to Ladakh and Mongolia. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 07: Excursion to Thang – Turtuk from Hunder (170 Kms | 5-6 hrs approx.)
After breakfast, scenic drive to Turtuk, a village opened to tourists in 2010. Visit Thang and Tyakshi en route, a border area between India and Pakistan. Return to Nubra Valley for overnight stay.

Day 08: Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake via Shyok River Road (150 Kms | 6-7 Hrs approx)
Drive to the breathtaking Pangong Lake, located at 14,500 feet elevation. Enjoy leisure time by the lake, witnessing its ever-changing colors and a mesmerizing sunset. Overnight stay at Pangong Lake.

Day 09: Pangong Lake to Leh (140 Kms | 4-5 hrs approx)
Witness a picturesque sunrise over Pangong Lake. Drive back to Leh with stops at Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 10: Leh Airport Drop (4 Kms | 15 minutes approx.)
Early morning transfer to Leh airport for the flight back to Delhi (Flight Details: Indigo

Exclusions

• Medical | Travel Insurance.
• Any cost related to any kind of unforeseen circumstances including medical assistance, medical emergencies and acts of God.
• Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, snowfall etc., vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
• Meals in Transit, any beverages or any meals that are not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Camera fees, any entrance fees, room heater and guide charges.
• Any Personal expenses such as telephone calls, laundry, any beverages, tips and porter-age, etc.
• Any accommodation, activities or transfers other than what is mentioned in the itinerary.
• Anything that is not mentioned in the above list of inclusions.

Policies

Payment Policy:

• 45 or more days before departure: 20%
• Between 30 to 44 days before departure: 60%
• Between 15 to 29 days before departure: 100%
• The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 10 days before the Date of Travel.

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 or more days before departure: 25%
• Between 20 to 29 days before departure: 50%
• Between 10 to 19 days before departure: 100%
• ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE BY EMAIL, ONLY DURING OFFICE HOURS & MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY OUR STAFF IN WRITING. There is no refund on any unutilized service.

Flight Tickets:
100% Amount of flight tickets at the time of flight booking.
Any rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds of flight tickets shall be as per respective airlines rules.

Rescheduling:
In case you are unable to travel as planned and need to reschedule your date of travel:

Before 15 Days from the Date of Travel – One-time Complementary.
Within 15 Days from the Date of Travel – The cost of rescheduling needs to be paid by the guest subject to amendment charges from hotels and transporters.

Must Carry:

• Authentic Government ID Card
• Comfortable warm clothing like woolen socks, cap, fleece jackets or warmers, down jacket, toiletries.
• Sunscreen & lip balm, Good U/V protection sunglasses
• Personal Medicines (if any) & few medicines for altitude sickness (a must)

Innerline Permit

• Clients require Innerline permits to visit the restricted areas like Pangong Lake & Khardongla pass.
• Permits will be arranged by us from the District magistrate’s office for which we require the original photo ID proof (passport, driving license or Election ID).
• The permit costs include Red Cross society, Wildlife fee and Environmental fee.
• The District Magistrate office Leh is not authorized to issue permits to the nationalities of Bangladesh, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, People’s Republic of China, Taiwan, Afghanistan and people holding Diplomatic and official passport and visa. These Nationalities and Diplomatic/ Official passport holders can issued permits only after they gain authorization from the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi.
