Tour Itinerary

DAY 0: DELHI TO AUT OVERNIGHT VOLVO

• On the first day when in Delhi take a cab at your own expenditure & reach the Volvo station

• Volvo timings are between 4:30 – 9:30 pm.

• Undertake an overnight journey to Aut.

DAY 1: DAY TRIP GREAT HIMALAYAN NATIONAL PARK ECO ZONE

• On arrival, you will be meeting your hosts.

• Check-in and relax for a few hours.

• Travel to Hidden Valley in the Laps of Himalayas.

• Visit Shanghar – One of the best attractions in Great Himalayan National Park Area.

• Breathtaking view of Valley, Lush coniferous forests, emerald meadows strewn with exotic flora, fauna, soaring snowy peaks and pristine glaciers.

• Explore nature & magnificent view of Shanghar Meadow.

• Later short trek to hidden waterfall.

• Evening Back to Guesthouse.

• Dinner, Bonfire, Overnight stay

DAY 2: JIBHI JALORI PASS TO LAST VILLAGE – CHITKUL / SANGLA            

• Post Breakfast, start your trip to magnificent place called “Spiti Valley”

• Depart to Chitkul, Pit stop at Jalori Pass, Karcham dam and continue your journey towards Sangla valley.

• It’s approx. 7-8 hours’ drive through the mountains, along the Indo-Tibetan highway.

• Reach Chitkul by evening.

• Dinner & overnight stay.

• Chitkul - is enchanted place of this beautiful land, high altitude river flowing right beside it offers amazing views of the nearby mountain peaks and also a starting and end point for multiple high-altitude treks.

DAY 3: SANGLA / CHITKUL – NAKO GIU & TABO

• Post Breakfast, explore the last Indian village towards China border and experience the white wonderland.

• Later drive to Tabo via Nako. Visit Nako Lake and Enroute villages.

• Enroute take a detour of approx. 7 km to reach a small hamlet called Giu which is famous for a 500 year old mummy of a Buddhist monk.

• Cross the Ka loops enroute Tabo.

• Enter Spiti through Sumdo Border.

• Reach Tabo by evening, Check-in.

• Dinner & overnight stay in Tabo.

DAY 4: VISIT TABO MANASTERY, DHANKAR MONASTERY & OVERNIGHT STAY IN KAZA

• Post breakfast, head to the oldest monastery of Spiti Valley - Tabo Monastery.

• Further Visit Dhankar Monastery which offers a spectacular view of confluence of Spiti and Pin River.

• Enroute enjoy the scenic drive to Pin Valley

• Visit the Tailing hanging bridge and drive further to Mudh Village

• By evening back to Kaza.

• Dinner & overnight stay in Kaza homestay.

DAY 5: KEY MONASTERY, HIKKIM, KOMIC & LANGZA

• Post breakfast, head to experience the true beauty of Spiti valley.

• Visit magnificent places such as Key Monastery, Kibber, Hikkim, Komik, Langza and eat at the highest cafe in the world.

• Key Monastery is the largest monastery in Spiti valley.

• Kibber village which is the part of Kibber Wildlife Sanctuary.

• Hikkim (World’s highest post office)

• Komik (the highest village in the world connected through a motorable road)

• Langza (the site for the holy Buddha Statue overlooking the snowcapped mountain peaks).

• Return to Kaza by evening.

• Dinner & overnight stay in Kaza.

DAY 6: KAZA – CHICHAM –LOSAR – KUNZUM LA – CHANDRA TAAL (Moon Lake)

• Post breakfast, heads to Chandra Taal.

• Enroute Visit Chicham Bridge, the highest suspension bridge in Asia, Losar, Kunzum La.

• Reach ChandraTaal Lake.

• Check in at campsite.

• Time to click picturerous landscape & the Chandra Taal Lake.

• Dinner & Overnight stay at Camps.

DAY 7: CHANDRATAAL TO MANALI | OVERNIGHT VOLVO TO DELHI

• This is the last day of the trip filled with unlimited happiness and emotions.

• Post breakfast, check-out and depart to Manali via Atal Tunnel.

• Evening reach Manali.

• Leave for Delhi via an overnight Volvo bus,

• Tour ends here with happy memories....))))
